Brandpack FAQs

What services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of services from conceptual design through to complete pre-press and brand management solutions.

Do you do platemaking?

Yes, we produce both offset and digital flexo plates in house, we are the first Australian company to be HD certified by Esko Graphics for high definition Platemaking.

Can you do mock ups?

Yes, we can produce mock-ups to meet all of your marketing needs. These range from virtual 3D mock-ups through to high end mock-ups produced on actual substrate for TVC.

What is virtual development?

Virtual development is a key step in new product development it allows our customers to assess new products or product finishes in a virtual environment in real time, greatly reducing time to market and costs associated with product development. We can take product into a virtual retail environment showcasing the product on the retail shelf.

What file formats do you accept?

Can you design my carton

Yes we offer a complete design service ranging from structural carton design or complete artwork services.

What is an EPS file?

Encapsulated Post Script - A file format for transferring high resolution graphic files.

What does FTP stand for?

File Transfer Protocol - A network protocol used to transfer data from one computer to another over a network such as the Internet.

What is CMYK?

Abbreviation for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. These are called the process colours.

What is Colour Sequence?

The order in which inks are printed on a printing press.
