These state of the art machines can print up to 6 colours in line.

Accurate In-house facilities
Latest in-house flexographic printing presses with servo drives to provide very accurate repeat lengths, can print up to 500mm wide and slit down to individual customer requirements.
Our slitting services can slit any width of substrate at short notice. No waiting for external slitting contractors.

This advanced quality inspection system provides a number of significant benefits and services for our customers.
The Visionscape inspection system in operation ensures reliable, accurate and validated inspection of printed materials.
The system can identify incorrect or illegal characters and verifies the reading or pharmacodes and data matrix codes. It also complies with FDA GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) procedures.
Other specific capabilities include:
- Pre-press proofing and adjustments managed in house.
- Variety of stock weights - from 12um to 100um plus material
- Available use of UV inks for superior finish
